Who We Are I Equila Co.
Equila Co. is the hospitality vertical of Rising Phoenix, created from Jace and Hilary Graham’s shared belief in the power of intentional retreat. For years, Jace has taken solo retreats to reset, recharge, and gain clarity away from the noise of daily life. Together, Jace and Hilary also carve out time each year for couples’ retreats – a chance to reflect, realign, and set goals across every dimension of life.

That practice sparked the inspiration for Equila Co.: a place intentionally designed for executives, teams, couples, and individuals to step away from the noise, recharge, and return with renewed focus and energy.

We are currently developing our flagship location in East Texas, chosen for its natural beauty, accessibility, and potential to offer immersive, restorative experiences.
