*Source: Rising Phoenix Capital internal records (unaudited), net to investors, as of August 1, 2026; all five funds are fully distributed and closed. Equity multiple = total cash distributed to investors ÷ invested capital. IRR is computed from actual dated investor cash flows. The simple averages are averages of fund-level results, not a composite return; individual fund results ranged from 1.01x (0% IRR) to 2.25x (21% IRR), and individual investor results vary by fund, class, and timing of admission. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

CAPITAL
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
*Average annual investor cash yield = total cash distributed to investors in each calendar year (operating distributions plus divestiture proceeds, which include return of capital) divided by total investor capital invested that year; simple average of 2021–2025, net to limited partners. It is not an internal rate of return or compounded return. Index figures are calendar-year total returns with dividends reinvested, from publicly available market data; public-index returns and private-fund cash distributions are not directly comparable. Source: Rising Phoenix Capital internal records (unaudited).

Preferred return and any targeted returns are objectives, not guarantees, and are dependent on fund performance. Securities are offered under Regulation D Rule 506(c) solely to verified accredited investors, and only through the Fund’s Private Placement Memorandum, which contains risk factors, fees, and offering terms and controls over anything on this page. Investments are illiquid and involve risk of loss, including loss of principal.
[1] Historical distributions, and what the figure includes. The 21.7% figure is the simple average of the sponsor's capital-weighted annual cash distribution yield across all sponsored funds for calendar years 2021 through 2025, calculated net to limited partners on a representative per-unit basis and excluding general partner promote. Annual results varied significantly, ranging from 13.6% to 34.1%. The figure includes distributions funded by proceeds from asset sales, which represent a return of investor capital rather than operating income. Asset sales accounted for none of the distributions in 2021 through 2023, approximately 28.5% in 2024, and approximately 74.5% in 2025. It is therefore not a measure of operating income, not an annualized rate of return, and not the targeted or expected yield of La Plata Peak Fund II. Prior funds were separate offerings holding different assets under different structures and terms, and their results should not be read as an indication of what this fund will produce.

[2] Projected return profile. The 15% average annual yield, the 1.50x to 1.75x investor equity multiple, and the 12% to 15% internal rate of return are projections, based on the sponsor's underwriting assumptions for the fund's intended portfolio. They are objectives only. They are not guaranteed, are not a projection of any individual investor's results, and may not be achieved. Actual results will vary with commodity prices, well production performance, acquisition pricing, and the pace of capital deployment, and may differ materially from these figures. Internal rate of return is a time-weighted measure that depends on the timing of both contributions and distributions, and will differ from the cash yield figure shown above.
